Development
Structuring LNG infrastructure from concept to execution
LNG Cluster advances development opportunities across the LNG value chain — screening candidate sites, coordinating feasibility work, structuring capital, and connecting the participants required to move a project forward.
How We Structure Development
Every development opportunity moves through the same disciplined process — from initial screening to structured, capital-ready execution. LNG Cluster's role varies by mandate: advisory support, participant coordination, or capital structuring.
Screening
Initial technical, commercial, and site viability review of a candidate opportunity.
Feasibility
Detailed feasibility studies, permitting pathway assessment, and offtake exploration.
Structuring
Capital structuring, participant matching, and commercial term negotiation.
Execution
FID-stage and post-FID delivery support through commissioning.
What LNG Cluster Does
- Screen and assess candidate development opportunities
- Coordinate feasibility studies with qualified participants
- Structure capital and match project participants
- Connect operators, suppliers, and financiers already active in a cluster
- Provide advisory support through execution and commissioning
What LNG Cluster Does Not Do
- Guarantee project outcomes, financing, or regulatory approval
- Act as an EPC contractor, terminal operator, or offtaker itself
- Take on undisclosed conflicts of interest across mandates
- Represent illustrative examples as active, live mandates
Grounded in a Real Network
Development work is coordinated across the same cluster network that connects terminal operators, suppliers, and professionals worldwide.
