Boundaries & exclusions
- No independent safety certification, regulatory sign-off, guaranteed risk elimination, training certificate or engineer-of-record attestation is implied. Site-specific safe-work practices and qualified contractor/instructor checks remain mandatory.
- Third-party charges, specialist engagements and government or third-party approvals are excluded unless written into the signed scope.
