Teaching sequence

  1. 1.Read the fictional LNG project scope case.
  2. 2.Review the LNG Project Readiness Framework v1.0.
  3. 3.Use the readiness tool to classify each workstream.
  4. 4.Identify the evidence needed to move open or partial workstreams forward.
  5. 5.Map critical interfaces and stage-gate dependencies.
  6. 6.Present a scoping memo or short team presentation that clearly separates evidence from assumption.
